A carbamoyl phosphate synthetase large subunit variant derived from the genus Corynebacterium, the variant comprising a substitution of an amino acid corresponding to position 799 with isoleucine, leucine, or valine;
- a substitution of an amino acid corresponding to position 918 with leucine or valine;
- a substitution of an amino acid corresponding to position 1079 with isoleucine, leucine, or valine in an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:

- or a combination thereof.
