The pretreatment agent according to claim 19,
- wherein the pretreatment agent further comprises an organic solvent, and
- the organic solvent comprises a protic polar solvent.
The pretreatment agent according to claim 19,
- wherein the pretreatment agent further comprises a moisturizer, and
- a boiling point of the moisturizer is 180° C. or higher.
