Abstract
Provided are an acquisition unit that acquires appearance data indicating an appearance of the plurality of screw pieces aligned to constitute the two screws or of the two screws; and an arithmetic unit that calculates a difference between the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a first screw of the screws and the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a second screw of the screws, based on the acquired appearance data for detecting an assembly error of the screw pieces for the screws.

A screw piece assembly error detection device comparing constructions of two screws for a twin-screw extruder constructed by assembling a plurality of screw pieces and detecting an assembly error of the screw pieces, comprising:
- an acquisition unit that acquires appearance data indicating an appearance of the plurality of screw pieces aligned to constitute the two screws or of the two screws;
- and
- an arithmetic unit that calculates a difference between the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a first screw of the screws and the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a second screw of the screws, based on the acquired appearance data.
A screw piece assembly error detection method for comparing constructions of two screws for a twin-screw extruder constructed by assembling a plurality of screw pieces and detecting an assembly error of the screw pieces, comprising:
- acquiring appearance data indicating an appearance of the plurality of screw pieces aligned to constitute the two screws or of the two screws;
- and
- calculating a difference between the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a first screw of the screws and the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a second screw of the screws, based the acquired appearance data.
A non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing a computer program causing a computer to execute processing of comparing constructions of two screws for a twin-screw extruder constructed by assembling a plurality of screw pieces and detecting an assembly error of the screw pieces, comprising:
- acquiring appearance data indicating an appearance of the plurality of screw pieces aligned to constitute the two screws or of the two screws;
- and
- calculating a difference between the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a first screw of the screws and the plurality of screw pieces that constitute a second screw of the screws, based on the acquired appearance data.
