Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for producing a colloid comprising functionalized liquid colloidal particles. The Invention also relates to such a colloid and to the uses thereof.

A colloid comprising functionalized liquid colloidal particles in suspension in a liquid wherein the functionalized liquid colloidal particles consist of oil droplets on the surface of which lipids are adsorbed, and the coefficient of variation in the quantity of lipids adsorbed at the surface of a subpopulation of particles, of diameter characterized by a coefficient of variation less than or equal to 15%, is less than or equal to 20%.
The colloid according to claim 22, wherein the one or more active agents is hydrophilic or hydrophobic.
