Abstract
Disclosed is a weighted vest including a first vest body, a second vest body, and two adjustment members. The first vest body is provided with a first weight member, and the second vest body is provided with a second weight member. At least a portion of each of the two adjustment members is disposed on the first vest body and the second vest body, and the two adjustment members are configured to connect the first vest body and the second vest body and adjust a relative position between the first vest body and the second vest body.

A weighted vest, comprising:
- a first vest body, wherein the first vest body is provided with a first weight member;
- a second vest body, wherein the second vest body is provided with a second weight member;
- and
- two adjustment members, wherein at least a portion of each of the two adjustment members is disposed on the first vest body and the second vest body, and the two adjustment members are configured to connect the first vest body and the second vest body and adjust a relative position between the first vest body and the second vest body.
