Power amplifier system

A power amplifier system comprising:

• a first amplifier having a first input and a first output;
• a second amplifier having a second input and a second output;
• a reconfigurable switch network coupled between the first output, the second output, a fixed voltage node, and a radio frequency (RF) output, the reconfigurable switch network comprising a plurality of switch branches, wherein at least one of the switch branches comprises a first plurality of transistors stacked in series around an internal node to which another one of the plurality of switch branches is coupled;
• and
• a reconfigurable input impedance matching network, coupled between an RF input, the first input of the first amplifier, the second input of the second amplifier, and the fixed voltage node, wherein the reconfigurable input impedance matching network is configured to be digitally controllable to provide selectable shared input impedance matching for both the first amplifier and the second amplifier.
