Abstract
An example replaceable ultraviolet (UV) lamp cartridge includes: a UV energy absorbing shell containing one or more UV radiation emitting devices; an air inlet disposed at a first end of the UV energy absorbing shell; an air outlet disposed at a second end of the UV energy absorbing shell; and a self-aligning connector for receiving external voltage to be supplied to the UV energy emitting devices.

A replaceable ultraviolet (UV) lamp cartridge, comprising:
- an UV energy absorbing shell containing one or more UV radiation emitting devices, wherein the UV energy absorbing shell contains one or more air trims that are configured to control a flow of air moving through the UV energy absorbing shell, wherein the one or more air trims serve as UV isolators to impede an outwards path for UV radiation emitted by the one or more UV radiation emitting devices;
- an air inlet disposed at a first end of the UV energy absorbing shell;
- an air outlet disposed at a second end of the UV energy absorbing shell;
- and
- a self-aligning connector for receiving external voltage to be supplied to the UV energy emitting devices.

- a UV energy absorbing shell containing one or more UV radiation emitting devices, wherein the UV energy absorbing shell contains an air trim that is configured to control a flow of air moving through the UV energy absorbing shell, wherein the air trim comprises a beam having a V-shaped cross-section and is situated parallel to a longitudinal axis of the UV energy absorbing shell;
- an air inlet disposed at a first end of the UV energy absorbing shell;
- an air outlet disposed at a second end of the UV energy absorbing shell;

- a self-aligning connector for receiving external voltage to be supplied to the UV energy emitting devices.
