An isolated antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising:

• I) a heavy chain variable domain (VH) comprising:
• 1) a heavy chain determining region 1 (CDR1);
• 2) a heavy chain CDR2;
• and
• 3) a heavy chain CDR3;
• and
• II) a light chain variable domain (VL) comprising:
• 1) a light chain CDR1;
• 2) a light chain CDR2;
• and
• 3) a light chain CDR3,
• wherein:
• 1) the VH comprises the heavy chain CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 sequences having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
• 2, 3, and 4, respectively, and the VL comprises the light chain CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
• 6, 7, and 8, respectively;
• 2) the VH comprises the heavy chain CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 sequences having the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:

• wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is capable of specifically binding to a B7-H3.
