Abstract
A repair patch (70) is a repair patch to be attached to a tire and includes an indicator portion (31a) having color components to be extracted by a degradation state determination apparatus that includes a degradation state model and a color change database for determining a degradation state of the tire. The repair patch also includes a reinforcement portion (71) to be bonded to the tire to reinforce the tire. The indicator portion includes a medium layer having printed thereon an identifier and a color pattern having a plurality of colors applied to different positions, the plurality of colors having different sensitivities to a degradation factor.
Claims20
A repair patch to be attached to a tire, the repair patch comprising:
- an indicator portion having color components to be extracted by a degradation state determination apparatus that includes a degradation state model and a color change database for determining a degradation state of the tire;
- and
- a reinforcement portion to be bonded to the tire to reinforce the tire, wherein
- the indicator portion comprises a medium layer having printed thereon an identifier and at least one color pattern having a plurality of colors applied to different positions, the plurality of colors having different sensitivities to a degradation factor.
A pre-cured tread comprising:
- an indicator portion having color components to be extracted by a degradation state determination apparatus that includes a degradation state model and a color change database for determining a degradation state of a tire;
- and
- a main body configured by vulcanized tread rubber, wherein
- the indicator portion comprises a medium layer having printed thereon an identifier and at least one color pattern having a plurality of colors applied to different positions, the plurality of colors having different sensitivities to a degradation factor.
A tire comprising:
- an indicator portion having color components to be extracted by a degradation state determination apparatus that includes a degradation state model and a color change database for determining a degradation state;
- and
- a main body having the indicator portion attached thereto, wherein
- the indicator portion comprises a medium layer having printed thereon an identifier and at least one color pattern having a plurality of colors applied to different positions, the plurality of colors having different sensitivities to a degradation factor.
