An exercise device containing a body comprising:
- a first side having a convex surface with a convex radius;
- and
- a second side opposing the first side, the second side having a concave area with a concave radius;
- wherein the convex surface of the first side is connected at one end to the concave area of the second side by a first rounded end with a first radius and is also connected at an opposing end by a second rounded end with a second radius, wherein the first radius is larger than the second radius;
- and
- wherein the radius of the first rounded end is about 11% to about 14% larger than the concave radius.
