Abstract
Anti-B7-H3 compounds includes an anti-B7-H3 Gp2-based scaffold. The anti-B7-H3 compounds may include one or more functional components such as a targeting component, an imaging component, an enzyme, or a small molecule drug. Compositions including an anti-B7-H3 may be administered to a subject. The subject may have or be suspected of having a tumor or cancer.

An anti-B7-H3 compound comprising an anti-B7-H3 Gp2-based scaffold, the anti-B7-H3 Gp2-based scaffold comprising:
- SEQ ID NO:3;
- an amino acid sequence having at least 90% sequence similarity to SEQ ID NO:3;
- or
- an amino acid sequence having at least 90% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:3.

A composition comprising:
- an anti-B7-H3 compound of any preceding claim;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
