A method of inhibiting CHRH1 activation in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject an antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) and inhibits its interaction with CHRH1.
A method of inhibiting hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis activation in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject an antibody that specifically binds to corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) and inhibits CRH activity as compared to the activity in the absence of the antibody.
