Disclosed is a topical skin care composition capable of treating oxidatively damaged skin or enhancing skin tone of a human. The composition can include escin, Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) extract, fructose, butylene glycol, Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, glycerin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dimethicone, and tocopherol or tocopheryl acetate.

A topical skin care composition capable of treating oxidatively damaged skin or enhancing skin tone of a human, the composition comprising:
- escin;
- Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) extract;
- fructose;
- butylene glycol;
- Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter;
- glycerin;
- caprylic/capric triglyceride;
- dimethicone;
- and
- tocopherol or tocopheryl acetate.
