Abstract
The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and compositions for modifying a target nucleic acid. Particularly, the present invention relates to a polypeptide comprising a single subunit of a reverse transcriptase and a sequence-specific nuclease for use in prime-editing modification of a nucleic acid.
Claims15
A polypeptide comprising:
- a single subunit of a multi-subunit reverse transcriptase, or a variant or fragment thereof, linked to a sequence-specific nuclease, or a variant or active fragment thereof,
- wherein the single subunit of a multi-subunit reverse transcriptase, or a variant or fragment thereof comprises less than 800 amino acids.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
