Abstract
A marine vessel smart pole includes a wireless transmitter configured or programmed to perform a communication function to communicate with a marine vessel and a communication object other than the marine vessel, and a position information function to provide a position of the marine vessel smart pole to the marine vessel or a server of a port facility.

A marine vessel smart pole comprising:
- a wireless transmitter configured or programmed to:
- perform a communication function to communicate with a marine vessel and an object other than the marine vessel;
- and
- perform a position information function to provide a position of the marine vessel smart pole to at least one of the marine vessel or the object other than the marine vessel.
A marine vessel communication connection device provided on water or on land at or in a vicinity of a waterfront, the marine vessel communication connection device comprising:
- a wireless transmitter configured or programmed to:
- perform a communication function to communicate with a marine vessel and an object other than the marine vessel;
- and
- perform a position information function to provide a position of the marine vessel communication connection device to at least one of the marine vessel or the object other than the marine vessel.
A marine vessel communication connection system comprising:
- a plurality of marine vessel smart poles located in a predetermined area on water, each of the plurality of marine vessel smart poles including:
- a wireless transmitter configured or programmed to:
- perform a communication function to communicate with a marine vessel and an object other than the marine vessel;
- and
- perform a position information function to provide a position of the marine vessel smart pole to at least one of the marine vessel or the object other than the marine vessel.
