## Abstract

Disclosed is a method for a terminal to transmit a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to a base station in a wireless communication system. The terminal may: receive radio resource control (RRC) configuration information related to the configuration of slots from the base station; and receive, from the base station, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including downlink control information (DCI) scheduling multiple physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) for the terminal.

receive downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling multiple physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) from a base station,
wherein the DCI indicates a specific Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) process number,
wherein the specific HARQ process number indicated by the DCI is applied to a specific PUSCH among the multiple PUSCHs,
wherein the specific PUSCH is an earliest PUSCH that does not overlap with the downlink symbol indicated by the configuration information, and
wherein a HARQ process number for a ‘N’th PUSCH among the multiple PUSCHs is increased compared to a HARQ process number for a ‘N−1’th PUSCH based on whether at least one symbol of a slot in which the ‘N’th PUSCH is scheduled overlaps with the downlink symbol configured by the configuration information.

### Claim 21 (depends on 20)

The terminal of claim 20,
wherein the HARQ process number for the ‘N’th PUSCH is not increased by ‘1’ compared to the HARQ process number for the ‘N−1’th PUSCH when the at least one symbol of the slot in which the ‘N’th PUSCH is scheduled overlaps with the downlink symbol configured by the configuration information.

### Claim 22 (depends on 20)

The terminal of claim 20, when the at least one symbol of the slot in which the ‘N’th PUSCH is scheduled overlaps with the uplink symbol configured by the configuration information,
the ‘N’th PUSCH is transmitted, and

### Claim 24 (depends on 20)

The terminal of claim 20,
wherein, when the symbol of the slot on which the ‘N’th PUSCH is scheduled overlaps with the flexible symbol indicated by the configuration information, the HARQ process number of the ‘N’th PUSCH is increased by “1” compared to the HARQ process number of the ‘N−1’the PUSCH according to whether a synchronization signal/PBCH block (SSB) indicated by SSBpositioninburst that is a RRC information element is configured on the flexible symbol.

### Claim 25 (depends on 24)

The terminal of claim 24,
wherein, when the SSB is not configured on the flexible symbol, the HARQ process number of the ‘N’th PUSCH is increased by “1” compared to the HARQ process number of the ‘N−1’ PUSCH.

### Claim 26 (depends on 25)

The terminal of claim 25,
wherein the HARQ process number of the ‘N’th PUSCH is increased by “1” compared to the HARQ process number of the ‘N−1’th PUSCH regardless of whether the at least one symbol of the slot on which the ‘N’th PUSCH is scheduled is indicated as being uplink, downlink, or flexible by a slot format indicator (SFI).

### Claim 27

A method of transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
