Abstract
A polyurethane composition, including at least one polyurethane prepolymer containing an isocyanate group; and tung oil at the rate of 0.7-2.5 wt % of the total weight of the composition. Also, a method for improving the chalking resistance of a polyurethane composition coating layer, especially with a high carbon black content, the method including adding tung oil to a polyurethane composition containing at least one polyurethane prepolymer containing an isocyanate group, before curing, at the rate of 0.7-2.5 wt % of the total weight of the polyurethane composition.

A polyurethane composition, comprising:
- at least one polyurethane prepolymer containing an isocyanate group;
- tung oil at the rate of 0.7-2.5 wt % of the total weight of the composition;
- and
- carbon black.
A method for improving the chalking resistance of a polyurethane composition coating layer, the method comprising adding tung oil to a polyurethane composition containing carbon black and at least one polyurethane prepolymer containing an isocyanate group, before curing, at the rate of 0.7-2.5 wt % of the total weight of the polyurethane composition.
