Abstract
A block isocyanate composition according to the present invention which contains a block isocyanate derived from a polyisocyanate compound and two or more types of block agents, wherein the polyisocyanate compound contains an aliphatic triisocyanate which has a molecular weight of 200-350, inclusive, and a glass transition temperature of 40-120° C., inclusive.
Claims14
A blocked isocyanate composition comprising a blocked isocyanate derived from a polyisocyanate compound and at least two blocking agents, wherein
- the polyisocyanate compound comprises an aliphatic triisocyanate having a molecular weight of 200 to 350, and
- a glass transition temperature is 40° C. to 120° C.
A method for producing a blocked isocyanate composition, comprising:
- reacting an aliphatic triisocyanate having a molecular weight of 200 to 350 and at least two blocking agents, wherein
- a blocking agent (c1) that increases a glass transition temperature of the blocked isocyanate composition and a blocking agent (c2) that decreases the glass transition temperature of the blocked isocyanate composition are blended to adjust the glass transition temperature to 40° C. to 120° C.
