Provided are a hinge assembly of a scissor door and a vehicle. The hinge assembly includes a mounting base, a connection base, a first rotation member rotatably connected to the mounting base, a second rotation member rotatably connected to the mounting base, a first hinge arm connected between the first rotation member and the connection base, and a second hinge arm connected between the first rotation member and the connection base.

A hinge assembly of a scissor door, the hinge assembly comprising:
- a mounting base provided with a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion spaced apart from each other;
- a connection base provided with a first connection portion and a second connection portion spaced apart from each other;
- a first rotation member rotatably connected to the first mounting portion and provided with a first hinge portion;
- a second rotation member rotatably connected to the second mounting portion and provided with a second hinge portion, the second hinge portion being rotatably connected to the second connection portion;
- and
- a first hinge arm having a first end and a second end, the first end being rotatably connected to the first hinge portion, and the second end being rotatably connected to the first connection portion.
