Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a fire suppression composition comprising a hydrobromofluoroalkene compound of formula CnX2n, where: n is an integer from 2 to 6; each X is independently selected from the group consisting of Br, F, Cl and H, provided at least one X is Br; and the compound does not contain —CF3 or —CF2—.

A fire suppression composition comprising:
- a hydrobromofluoroalkene compound of formula CnX2n, wherein:
- n is an integer from 2 to 6;
- each X is independently selected from the group consisting of Br, F, Cl and H, provided at least one X is Br;
- and
- the compound does not contain —CF3 or —CF2—.
