Abstract
Polymeric structure for flexible packagings includes a polymeric base film and at least one first surface layer, which is applied on at least one surface of the base film, wherein at least one surface of the base film or at least one surface of the first surface layer is treated with nitrous flame, NFT, in which hydrogen-containing mixtures are used as fuel gas. The polymeric structure further comprises at least one first coating applied on at least one surface of the at least one first surface layer, without the use of any primer.
Claims18
A polymeric structure for flexible packagings comprising:
- a polymeric base film;
- at least one first surface layer applied on at least one surface of the base film;
- at least one first coating applied on at least one surface of the at least one first surface layer, without the use of any primer;
- and
- wherein at least one surface of the base film or at least one surface of the first surface layer is treated with nitrous flame (NFT), in which use is made, as fuel gas, of combustible mixtures containing hydrogen (NH-FT).
A process for producing a polymeric structure for flexible packaging, said polymeric structure comprising:
- a polymeric base film;
- at least one first surface layer applied on at least one surface of the base film, wherein the process comprises the steps of:
- applying at least one first coating on at least one surface of the at least one first surface layer, without the use of any primer;
- treating at least one surface of the base film or at least one surface of the first surface layer with nitrous flame (NFT), in which use is made, as fuel gas, of combustible mixtures containing hydrogen (NH-FT).
