Hydrogen gas supply apparatus and hydrogen gas supply method

A method for controlling a gas purification apparatus, comprising:

• depressurizing a pressure inside a compressor configured to compress a gas, wherein the gas purification apparatus includes
• the compressor,
• a first adsorption part configured to include a first adsorbent which adsorbs impurities mixed in the gas,
• a second adsorption part configured to include a second adsorbent which adsorbs the impurities, and
• a valve provided on a pipe connecting the compressor, the first adsorption part, and the second adsorption part;
• and
• controlling the valve so that the second adsorbent adsorbs the impurities desorbed from the first adsorbent in a case that the pressure inside the compressor is depressurized, to regenerate the first adsorption part.

A gas purification apparatus comprising:

• a compressor configured to compress a gas and supply the gas compressed to a pressure accumulator configured to accumulate the gas;
• a first adsorption part disposed between an outlet port of the compressor and the pressure accumulator, and configured to include a first adsorbent which adsorbs impurities mixed in the gas discharged from the compressor;
• a first valve disposed between the outlet port of the compressor and an inlet port of the first adsorption part;
• a second valve disposed between an outlet port of the first adsorption part and the pressure accumulator;
• a return pipe configured to branch between the first valve and the inlet port of the first adsorption part and connect to an upstream side of the compressor;
• a second adsorption part disposed in a middle of the return pipe and configured to include a second adsorbent which adsorbs the impurities desorbed from the first adsorbent in a case that the pressure inside the compressor is depressurized;
• and
• a third valve disposed between the inlet port of the first adsorption part and an inlet port of the second adsorption part in a middle of the return pipe.

A gas purification method comprising:

• compressing gas by a compressor, and supplying the gas compressed to a pressure accumulator which accumulates the gas;
• adsorbing impurities in the gas discharged from the compressor to a first absorbent by using a first adsorption part which is disposed between a discharge port of the compressor and the pressure accumulator for accumulating the gas and includes the first adsorbent;
• and
• adsorbing, by using a second adsorption part disposed in a middle of a return pipe which branches at a gas inlet side of the first adsorption part, being at a discharge side of the compressor, and which connects to a suction side of the compressor and configured to include a second adsorbent which adsorbs the impurities desorbed from the first adsorbent in a case that the pressure inside the compressor is depressurized, the impurities desorbed from the first adsorbent to the second absorbent by flowing compressed gas in the first adsorption part to the return pipe in a state where the first adsorption part is blocked from the compressor.
