Abstract

An administration device (1) configured to be introduced into and housed in an operating cavity (10) located within a patient's body is provided, the device (1) comprising: a flexible tubular element (2) defining an internal cavity (20), a proximal end (21) suitable for placing in fluid passage connection the internal cavity (20) with an environment outside the operating cavity (10) when the device (1) is inserted into the operating cavity (10), and a closed distal end (22) opposite said proximal end (21); the tubular element (2) being suitable for insertion and housed reversibly in the operating cavity (10) and containing a formulation (4) comprising a fluid matrix (40) and active carriers (41) comprising radioactive substances.
