Abstract
An adaptive music playback system is disclosed. The system includes a composition system that receives information corresponding to user activity levels. The composition system determines target musical criteria corresponding to the user activity levels and modifies the composition of a song in response to changes in user activity.
Claims20
A method of adjusting playback of audio information, comprising:
- receiving, by a computing device, activity information indicating activity performed by a user;
- determining, while a first segment of a song is being played, a user activity level;
- determining a second segment of the song corresponding to the user activity level;
- and
- modifying the song to play a transition segment between the first segment and the second segment.
2 more elements
An apparatus comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing computer executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to:
- receive activity information indicating activity performed by a user;
- determine, while a first segment of a song is being played, a user activity level;
- determine a second segment of the song corresponding to the user activity level;
- and
- modify the song to play a transition segment between the first segment and the second segment.
5 more elements
An adaptive music playback system comprising:
- a sensor system that stores user activity information indicating one or more movements of a user;
- and
- a composition system comprising at least a first computer system, wherein the first computer system comprises:
- a processor;
- and
- memory storing instructions, wherein the memory, when executed by the processor, causes the composition system to:
- receive, from the sensor system, activity information indicating activity performed by the user;
- determine, while a first segment of a song is being played, a user activity level;
- determine a second segment of the song corresponding to the user activity level;
- and
- modify the song to play a transition segment between the first segment and the second segment.
