Abstract
AR glasses comprise a frame with a front frame part (1), mounting means (2, 3, 8) and an optical unit (5). The optical unit (5) is held in the front frame part (1), wherein the optical unit (5) forms a module mountable to the eyeglass frame as a single component. The optical unit (5) comprises at least a display source (56), at least one refractive device, such as triplet lens (54), and a beamsplitter (51, 52). These AR glasses are robust, compact and affordable.

An AR glasses comprising a frame with a front frame part, mounting means and an optical unit,
- wherein
- the optical unit is held in the front frame part,
- wherein the optical unit forms a module mountable to the eyeglass frame as a single component and
- wherein the optical unit comprises at least a display source, at least one refractive device and a beamsplitter.
