Protection coating composition, treating method using the same and article thereof

A protection coating composition comprises:

• a) at least one resin, the resin being selected from a group consisting of polyurethane resin (A), polyurethane-acrylic resin(B),
• b) a solvent, and
• c) a bi-functional epoxy resin precursor (C), the bi-functional epoxy resin precursor (C) being represented by the following formulas:
• R1—Y—[CH2—CH(OH)—R3—CH(OH)—CH2—X—R4—X]n—R2
• wherein, independently,
• X=—COO—, sulphur moiety, —NR(H)—, —P(OR)2—O—, —P(OR)(OH)—O—, —PO—O—;
• Y=—COO—, sulphur moiety, —NR(H)—, —P(OR)2—O—, —P(OR)(OH)—O—, —PO—O—;
• R2 being aromatic chain or aliphatic chain having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms or H;
• R4 being aromatic chain or aliphatic chain having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms;
• R1 being aromatic chain or aliphatic chain having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, —XH or —X—R4;
• R3 being any types of chain as far as it connects two hydroxyl α-carbon atoms;
• n being an integer of 1˜10
• and
• d) 1.5 to 5.0 wt. % of a metallic inhibitor, based on the total weight of solid contents in the composition, the metallic inhibitor comprising a zirconium compound selected from a group consisting of ammonium zirconium carbonate, potassium zirconium carbonate, basic zirconium carbonate, zirconium acetate, and combination.
