## Abstract

Disclosed are macrocyclic peptide compounds or a salt thereof, which are useful as modulators of TNFα, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds. These compounds may be useful in treating cancers, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A compound selected from any of the exemplified compounds.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A pharmaceutical composition comprising one or more compounds according to claim 1 or a salt thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A method for treating a disease comprising administering a compound of claim 1, wherein the disease is selected from Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, asthma, graft versus host disease, allograft rejection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Graves' disease, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, cutaneous lupus, psoriasis, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes, TNF receptor associated periodic syndrome, familial Mediterranean fever, adult onset stills, systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis, multiple sclerosis, neuropathic pain, gout, and gouty arthritis.

### Claim 4 (depends on 2)

A method for treating a disease comprising administering a compound of claim 2, wherein the disease is selected from Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, asthma, graft versus host disease, allograft rejection, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Graves' disease, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, cutaneous lupus, psoriasis, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes, TNF receptor associated periodic syndrome, familial Mediterranean fever, adult onset stills, systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis, multiple sclerosis, neuropathic pain, gout, and gouty arthritis.
