Abstract
An apparatus to couple an inset panel to a back surface of a front panel of an envelope blank such that the inset panel substantially seals a window through the front panel of the envelope blank and is visible through the window of the front panel of the envelope blank, wherein a front surface of the front panel of the envelope blank has a first optical brightness, and wherein a first surface of the inset panel that is visible through the window has a second optical brightness that is more than or equal to about 1% greater than the first optical brightness.
Claims20
An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to:
- couple an inset panel to a back surface of a front panel of an envelope blank such that the inset panel substantially seals a window through the front panel of the envelope blank and is visible through the window of the front panel of the envelope blank,
- wherein a front surface of the front panel of the envelope blank has a first optical brightness, and
- wherein a first surface of the inset panel that is visible through the window has a second optical brightness that is more than or equal to about 1% greater than the first optical brightness.
An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least:
- adhesively coupling an inset panel to a back surface of a front panel of an envelope blank such that at least a portion of a first surface of the inset panel covers one or more windows through the front panel of the envelope blank and is visible through the one or more windows of the front panel of the envelope blank once adhesively coupled thereto,
- wherein a front surface of the front panel of the envelope blank has a first optical brightness, and
- wherein the first surface of the inset panel has a second optical brightness that is more than or equal to about 1% greater than the first optical brightness.
An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least:
- forming an envelope blank from a sheet of a first material, the envelope blank comprising a front panel having a front surface and a back surface, the front surface of the front panel having a first optical brightness;
- forming a plurality of windows through the front panel by removing a plurality of portions of the first material from the front panel;
- forming a plurality of inset panels from a sheet of a second material, respective of the plurality of inset panels having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface of respective of the plurality of inset panels having a second optical brightness greater than the first optical brightness;
- and
- adhesively coupling the plurality of inset panels to the back surface of the front panel of the envelope blank such that at least a portion of the first surface of respective of the plurality of inset panels cover respective windows of the plurality of windows formed through the front panel of the envelope blank such that said portions of the first surface of respective of the plurality of inset panels are visible through respective of the plurality of windows formed through the front panel of the envelope blank.
