Abstract
Disclosed herein are compositions comprising a chimeric antigen receptor targeting phosphatidylserine on the surface of cancer cells and methods of using the compositions to treat a cancer in a subject.
Claims33
A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), comprising:
- an extracellular domain comprising a phosphatidylserine (PS) antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain;
- and
- an intracellular domain comprising one or more immunostimulatory domains.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the CAR of any preceding claim.
