One or more processors may determine, based on the plurality of images, a plurality of locations of a plurality of medical devices within the environment over the period of time and a plurality of types of the plurality of medical devices. The one or more processors may update, based on the plurality of locations of the plurality of medical devices within the environment over the period of time and the plurality of types of the plurality of medical devices, a database including spatial relationships between the plurality of medical devices.
