Methods and systems for pre-recorded participation in a conference

A non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause:

• receiving a pre-recording, through a conferencing platform, from an invitee prior to a virtual conference;
• during the virtual conference, identifying, from an audio feed or video feed of a first participant, a request to perform an action on the pre-recording;
• and
• in response to identifying the request, automatically performing the action, through the conferencing platform.

A system for conferencing, the system comprising:

• a processor;
• a memory operatively connected to the processor and storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause:
• receiving a pre-recording, through a conferencing platform, from an invitee prior to a virtual conference;
• during the virtual conference, identifying, from an audio feed or video feed of a first participant, a request to perform an action on the pre-recording;
• and
• in response to identifying the request, automatically performing the action, through the conferencing platform.
