Cart remodeling control method and system

A cart remodeling control method, comprising:

• acquiring, when a cart to be tested reaches a preset position, current blueprint information of the cart to be tested;
• wherein a tray is placed on an upper surface of the cart to be tested, and at least one position-limiting block is arranged on the tray;
• receiving target blueprint information sent by a manufacturing execution system, and matching the current blueprint information with the target blueprint information for consistency;
• controlling, when the current blueprint information is inconsistent with the target blueprint information, a jacking mechanism to perform positioning and jacking actions on the cart to be tested, and then sending a control instruction to a robot;
• wherein the control instruction is used for controlling a gripper mechanism arranged on the robot to perform a pick-and-place action on at least one position-limiting block on the tray;
• and
• determining, when a position of the at least one position-limiting block matches a position-limiting block position in the target blueprint information, that remodeling of the cart to be tested is successful, and controlling the jacking mechanism to perform a releasing action to release the cart to be tested.
