Microreactor

A microreactor comprising:

• a tubular-shaped outer member comprising a tapered inner peripheral surface at least in one part region of an inner peripheral surface, the outer member being extending in the predetermined direction,
• an inner member comprising a tapered outer peripheral surface facing to the tapered inner peripheral surface at least in one part region of an outer peripheral surface, the inner member being arranged inside of the outer member in diametrical direction, and
• a clearance adjusting unit which enables adjustment of clearance distance between the tapered inner peripheral surface and the tapered outer peripheral surface by relatively moving the outer member and the inner member in the predetermined direction;
• wherein
• a relative rotation between the outer member and the inner member is restricted,
• a flow path is compartmentalized between the inner peripheral surface of the outer member and the outer peripheral surface of the inner member, through which an object to be processed is circulating from one side of the predetermined direction to another side thereof,
• a region compartmentalized in the flow path by the tapered inner peripheral surface and the tapered outer peripheral surface functions as the processing region processing the object to be processed, and
• an apex angles of tapers of the tapered inner peripheral surface and the tapered outer peripheral surface are set to be the same angle each other, the apex angles are 5 degrees or more and 120 degrees or less.
