Abstract
In an electronic device comprising a glossy housing, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the housing comprises: a metal substrate, and an anodized layer overlapping the metal substrate, wherein the anodized layer can include: pore walls including a plurality of pores; and coloring dye particles including an organic dye and a conductivity enhancer, which are disposed in the plurality of pores.
Claims19
An electronic device including a glossy housing, wherein the housing includes:
- a metal substrate;
- and
- an anodized layer overlapping the metal substrate, wherein the anodized layer includes:
- a pore wall including a plurality of pores;
- and
- a coloring dye particle including a conductivity enhancer and an organic dye disposed the plurality of pores.
A method of manufacturing a glossy housing of an electronic device, the method comprising:
- glossing to polish a metal substrate of the housing;
- anodizing to form an oxidized film including a plurality of pores;
- and
- coloring by adsorbing an organic dye in the plurality of pores, wherein the coloring operation performs coloring by applying a conductivity enhancer together with the organic dye.
