Abstract

An antigen and kit for the detection of a Helicobacter pylori antibody, and a preparation method thereof are provided. The kit includes an antigen for the detection of the Helicobacter pylori antibody, the antigen is Helicobacter pylori HpC-025 with the deposit registration number of CCTCC No: M20221024, and the detection object of the kit is oral exudate. The antigen is a natural antigen and has a sensitivity superior to the sensitivities of the natural antigen of Hp international standard strain 11637, the natural antigen of Hp-Ag from the Japanese Institute of Immunology and the recombinant antigen of Hp-Ag. The kit has no significant requirements for usage scenarios, can be used in medical institutions at all levels or at home, and can be used for household screening of Helicobacter pylori.
