Three-point supporting anchor integrated liner, long anchor integrated liner, and machine installation method

A three-point supporting anchor integrated liner having one end secured to a slab under machine foundation reinforced concrete and another end including a screw portion and a liner portion, the screw portion having a diameter larger than a shaft diameter and projecting to an upper surface of the machine foundation reinforced concrete, the liner portion being screwed with the screw portion to form a mounting surface for a plate having an upper surface on which a machine is installed or for the machine and allowing adjustment of an installation height of the plate or the machine, the three-point supporting anchor integrated liner comprising:

• a first shaft that is longer than a height difference dimension between a top rebar of a foundation reinforcement cage buried in the machine foundation reinforced concrete and a slab top;
• a second shaft that extends in a direction intersecting with the first shaft and allows both ends to intersect with and be tied to the foundation reinforcement cage;
• and
• a coupling portion that couples the second shaft to the first shaft in a state where the second shaft intersects with the first shaft.
