A chemical compound or salt thereof having formula (I):

• wherein one of R4 and R5 is a hydroxy group, wherein R4 or R5 when they are not a hydroxy group are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, R2, R6, and R7 are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and wherein R3a and R3b are each independently an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkaryl group, an aryl group, an acyl group, or a hydrogen atom.
