Abstract
Described herein are compound useful as sweet flavor modifiers. Ingestible compositions that include one or more of these compounds in combination with a natural or artificial sweetener are also described.

A method of enhancing a sweetness of a sweetener, the method comprising combining the sweetener with a compound having the structure of any of formulae (I)-(VI):
- or a salt or stereoisomer thereof, wherein:
- R1, R3, R5, R6, R7, R8, and R9 are each independently hydrogen, —OH, or —OMe;
- and
- R2 and R4 are each independently hydrogen or methyl.

An ingestible composition comprising a sweetener and a compound having the structure of any of formulae (I)-(VI):
- or a salt or stereoisomer thereof, wherein:
