Lighting module and lighting device comprising same

A lighting device comprising:

• a substrate;
• a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the substrate and emitting the first light;
• a resin layer disposed on the substrate and covering the plurality of light emitting devices;
• a phosphor layer disposed on the resin layer and including a red phosphor;
• and
• an inner lens disposed on the phosphor layer;
• wherein a content of the red phosphor added in the phosphor layer is 2% to 10% of a weight of the phosphor layer,
• wherein the plurality of light emitting devices is arranged in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction,
• wherein the phosphor layer vertically overlaps the light emitting devices in the first and second directions,
• wherein a vertical distance from a lower surface of the substrate to an upper surface of the phosphor layer is 200% or less of a thickness of the resin layer,
• wherein the plurality of light emitting devices emit blue light,
• wherein the phosphor layer converts the blue light emitted from the light emitting devices into red light,
• wherein the phosphor layer is in direct contact with an entire upper surface of the resin layer,
• wherein a transmittance of the red light passing through the inner lens is greater than a transmittance of the blue light passing through the inner lens, and
• wherein the inner lens has the transmittance of the blue light of 5% or less.
