## Abstract

An endoscope processor comprises a processor. The processor causes a light source to generate, as illumination light, light in a first wavelength band in which hemoglobin absorption is smaller than that in a green band and light in a second wavelength band which is different from the first wavelength band. The processor causes an endoscope to image a return light so as to output an image signal. The processor acquires a first image obtained by the light in the first wavelength band from the image signal and detects unevenness information on mucosa from the first image. The processor acquires a second image obtained by the light in the second wavelength band from the image signal and synthesizes the unevenness information with the second image so as to generate a display image in which an uneven region in the second image is emphasized.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An endoscope processor comprising:
one or more processors comprising hardware, wherein the one or more processors are configured to:
acquire a first image that is based on light in a first wavelength band belonging to a red band;
acquire a second image that is based on light in a second wavelength band belonging to a blue band;
extract unevenness information of a mucosa based on the first image;
generate an emphasized second image in which an uneven region in the second image is emphasized based on the unevenness information and the second image; and
generate an output image by inputting the emphasized second image to at least one of an R channel, a G channel and a B channel composing the output image.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The endoscope processor according to claim 1,
wherein the one or more processors are configured to input the emphasized second image to the G channel of the output image.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The endoscope processor according to claim 2,
wherein the one or more processors are configured to acquire a third image based on light in a third wavelength band belonging to a green band.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The endoscope processor according to claim 3,
wherein the one or more processors are configured to:
input the emphasized second image to the G channel and the B channel of the output image, and
input the third image to the R channel of the output image.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The endoscope processor according to claim 1,
wherein the one or more processors are configured to extract the unevenness information by calculating a high frequency component from the first image.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The endoscope processor according to claim 1,
wherein the one or more processors configured to suppress a blood vessel figure in the second image.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The endoscope processor according to claim 6,
wherein the one or more processors are configured to suppress the blood vessel figure by calculating a high frequency component of the second image including the blood vessel figure and subtracting the high frequency component from the second image.

### Claim 8

A method comprising:
acquiring a first image that is based on light in a first wavelength band belonging to a red band;
acquiring a second image that is based on light in a second wavelength band belonging to a blue band;
extracting unevenness information of a mucosa based on the first image;
generating an emphasized second image in which an uneven region in the second image is emphasized based on the unevenness information and the second image; and
generating an output image by inputting the emphasized second image to at least one of an R channel, a G channel and a B channel composing the output image.

### Claim 9

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, causes a computer to at least perform:
acquiring a first image that is based on light in a first wavelength band belonging to a red band;
acquiring a second image that is based on light in a second wavelength band belonging to a blue band;
extracting unevenness information of a mucosa based on the first image;
generating an emphasized second image in which an uneven region in the second image is emphasized based on the unevenness information and the second image; and
generating an output image by inputting the emphasized second image to at least one of an R channel, a G channel and a B channel composing the output image.
