• R1 is selected from —NH(CH2)nOR9 or —O(CH2)nOR9;
• wherein n is selected from 1 to 3 and R9 is selected from a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, or a mono-substituted benzoyl group;
• R2, R3, and R4 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group or a C1-4 alkoxy group;
• R5 is selected from a hydrogen atom or a substitutional group of formula:
• wherein X represents —O—, —C(═O)—, —C(═O)O—,
• —C(═O)NH—, —S—, or —SO2—;
• R6 and R7 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group;
• and
• R8 is selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, or a —OCOR′, wherein the R′ is a C1-6 straight or branched alkyl group.
