Abstract
Apparatus and methods are disclosed for a standalone and multi-game miniature golf structure. A sensor assembly located at an end of a putting surface of a putting structure includes a panel and a sensor. The panel is positioned adjacent to and below the end of the putting surface. The panel defines an upper surface along which a golf ball is to travel after dropping from the end of the putting surface. The upper surface includes a rear edge and a front edge. The sensor is positioned adjacent the panel to detect at which of a plurality of lateral positions the golf ball travels along the upper surface.

A sensor assembly located at an end of a putting surface of a putting structure, the sensor assembly comprising:
- a panel adjacent to and below the end of the putting surface, wherein the panel defines an upper surface along which a golf ball is to travel after dropping from the end of the putting surface, wherein the upper surface includes a rear edge and a front edge;
- a plurality of walls protruding upwardly from the upper surface of the panel, wherein the plurality of walls extend between the rear edge and the front edge of the upper surface, wherein the plurality of walls are parallel to and spaced apart from each other to define a plurality of ball-detection lanes for the golf ball that extend perpendicular to the front edge of the upper surface;
- and
- a plurality of sensors each of which corresponds with a corresponding ball-detection lane of the plurality of ball-detection lanes, wherein each of the plurality of sensors is configured to detect when the golf ball travels through the corresponding ball-detection lane.
A sensor assembly located at an end of a putting surface of a putting structure, the sensor assembly comprising:
- a panel positioned adjacent to and below the end of the putting surface, wherein the panel defines an upper surface along which a golf ball is to travel after dropping from the end of the putting surface, wherein the upper surface includes a rear edge and a front edge;
- and
- a sensor positioned adjacent the panel to detect at which of a plurality of lateral positions the golf ball travels along the upper surface.
