The present invention concerns a particular crystalline freebase form of 2-(4-chlorobenzylamino)-4-(4-tert-butylaminopiperidin-1-yl)-quinoline. A crystalline freebase form of 2-(4-chlorobenzylamino)-4-(4-tert-butylaminopiperidin-1-yl)-quinoline characterized by a X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising the diffraction peaks at 2θ values of 13.9±0.1, 16.4±0.1, 17.5±0.1, 17.9±0.1, 18.5±0.1, and 18.8±0.1.
