Signal transmission method and apparatus

A signal transmission method, wherein the method comprises:

• sending, by a network device, first indication information, wherein the first indication information is for determining at least one of a mapping parameter and a widely linear processing matrix;
• and
• receiving, by the network device, a second signal, wherein the second signal is obtained by converting a first signal based on at least one of the mapping parameter and the widely linear processing matrix, and the first signal comprises m streams of first data to be sent by a terminal device, wherein
• the mapping parameter comprises a first mapping parameter of the m streams of first data and a second mapping parameter of conjugates of the m streams of first data, the widely linear processing matrix comprises a first widely linear processing matrix of m streams of second data and a second widely linear processing matrix of conjugates of the m streams of second data, and m is an integer greater than or equal to 1.

A communication apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprises at least one processor, and one or more memories coupled to the at least one processor and storing programming instructions for execution by the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:

• receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information is for determining at least one of a mapping parameter and a widely linear processing matrix;
• and
• sending a second signal, wherein the second signal is obtained by converting a first signal based on at least one of the mapping parameter and the widely linear processing matrix, and the first signal comprises m streams of first data to be sent by a terminal device, wherein
• the mapping parameter comprises a first mapping parameter of the m streams of first data and a second mapping parameter of conjugates of the m streams of first data, the widely linear processing matrix comprises a first widely linear processing matrix of m streams of second data and a second widely linear processing matrix of conjugates of the m streams of second data, and m is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
