Abstract
An apparatus comprising means configured to: determine sampling rate information which controls a rate at which an antenna panel of a communications device makes cell measurements; and determine one or more mobility related parameters based on information received from a network entity about mobility related parameters for the determined sampling rate information.

An apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
- determine sampling rate information which controls a rate at which an antenna panel of a communications device makes cell measurements;
- and
- determine one or more mobility related parameters based on information received from a network entity about mobility related parameters for the determined sampling rate information.

- receive sampling rate information from a communications device, the sampling rate information controlling a rate at which an antenna panel of the communications device makes cell measurements;

- in response, send information to the communications device, said information being about mobility related parameters for the sampling rate information.
