Abstract
Speech-to-text analysis is performed on a greeting portion of a communication directed to a recipient to identify a name. The identified name is determined not to correspond to the recipient. A forwardee is identified based on determining that the identified name does not correspond to the recipient. The communication is forwarded to a message box of the forwardee.

A method implemented by a server, comprising:
- performing speech-to-text analysis on a greeting portion of a communication directed to a recipient to identify a name;
- determining that the identified name does not correspond to the recipient;
- identifying a forwardee based on determining that the identified name does not correspond to the recipient;
- and
- forwarding the communication to a message box of the forwardee.
