Abstract
An electronic device displays a representation of a content item in a first application of a plurality of applications, where the content item is of a first type. While displaying the representation of the content item in the first application, the electronic device receives an input highlighting the representation of the content item. The electronic device receives an instruction to display a second application that is associated with content of the first type. In response to receiving the instruction, the electronic device displays a representation of the content item in the second application.
Claims20
A method, including:
- at an electronic device, the electronic device including a display generation component, and one or more input devices, and memory:
- displaying a representation of a content item in a first application of a plurality of applications, where the content item is of a first type;
- while displaying the representation of the content item in the first application, receiving an input highlighting the representation of the content item;
- receiving an instruction to display a second application that is associated with content of the first type;
- and
- in response to receiving the instruction, displaying a representation of the content item in the second application.
A computer system, comprising:
- a display generation component;
- one or more input devices;
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for:
- displaying a representation of a content item in a first application of a plurality of applications, where the content item is of a first type;
- while displaying the representation of the content item in the first application, receiving an input highlighting the representation of the content item;
- receiving an instruction to display a second application that is associated with content of the first type;
- and
- in response to receiving the instruction, displaying a representation of the content item in the second application.
A computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which, when executed by a computer system with a display generation component, and one or more input devices, cause the device to:
- display a representation of a content item in a first application of a plurality of applications, where the content item is of a first type;
- while displaying the representation of the content item in the first application, receive an input highlighting the representation of the content item;
- receive an instruction to display a second application that is associated with content of the first type;
- and
- in response to receiving the instruction, display a representation of the content item in the second application.
