Abstract
The invention provides protein particles having improved whiteness after storage, and powder detergents comprising the particles.
Claims20
A particle comprising:
- (a) a protein;
- (b) a salt of sulfite, bisulfite, or metabisulfite;
- and
- (c) (i) a mono- or disaccharide which is a reducing sugar or can be degraded to a reducing sugar;
- or
- (ii) less than 0.5% w/w of titanium dioxide.
