Abstract
An article having an anti-contamination surface, including a substrate; a first region present on a portion of a surface of the substrate and having a lubricating layer formed thereon; and a second region present on at least a portion of a surface of the substrate other than the first region and having an anti-adhesion coating layer formed thereon; and a method for forming an anti-contamination surface on the surface of an article.

An article having an anti-contamination surface, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first region present on a portion of a surface of the substrate and having a lubricating layer formed thereon;
- and
- a second region present on at least a portion of a surface of the substrate other than the first region and having an anti-adhesion coating layer formed thereon.

A method for forming an anti-contamination surface, comprising:
- forming a first region comprising a hydrophobic inorganic cured layer on a portion of a surface of a substrate;
- forming a second region comprising an anti-adhesion coating layer on at least a portion of the surface of the substrate other than the first region;
- and
- forming a lubricating layer in the first region.
