Abstract
A sublimation device includes a first heater and a second heater. The first heater includes a proximal end, a distal end, and an inner surface. The distal end is disposed opposite the proximal end. The inner surface extends between the proximal end and the distal end and at least partially forms a cavity. The second heater is disposed proximate the distal end of the first heater.
Claims16
A device comprising:
- a workpiece-engaging component having a tube-shaped structure that at least partially defines a cylindrical cavity;
- and
- a heat pad disposed proximate a lower end of the tube-shaped structure of the workpiece-engaging component, wherein the heat pad is configured to support a workpiece within the cylindrical cavity,
- wherein the workpiece-engaging component is configured to selectively move relative to the heat pad.
